BioTwo years ago, Seamus Finnigan was presumed dead during the aftermath following Harry Potter's death. He was left behind by the Order and the members of the DA.
The Deatheaters took him in, healed him and played with his memories.
He doesn't remember his former friends and Housemates. He doesn't remember his family. He doesn't remember anything other than the spells he learned and what he's been told by his rescuers.
The Order did this to him and Liam Neary is very interested in showing them their mistake of not finishing him off. Until then, he will continue working as an Obliviator in the Deatheater Ministry.
